make the learning equipment assistance of Technique Interfacing subject.
Input,output using the PPI 8255 at mode 0operation, andprogramming
languageVisual Basic 6.0 of computer interfacing. Researchconducted in the
electronicslaboratory DepartmentOf Electrical Engineering Faculty of
Engineering University of Jakarta. This research hasdone for 2 semester, start
from semester090 to semester 091, using the methods of laboratory experiment.
Simulatorconsists of 3 blocks. They are block processes, block input and output
blocks.Input block consists of pushbutton as input variations flame 8-bit
LEDand DCmotor. Block the process, namelythe PPI 8255 at mode 0 operation using
the parallel port and the programming language Visual Basic 6.0. Output block
consists of 8-bit LED output, DC motor, stepper motor, and Seven Segment.Kata

DISCUSSION
Learning is a process undertaken by an individual to acquire a new behavior changes as a whole , as a result of the individual's own experience in the interaction with the environment .
The process can be obtained from the use of learning media such as audio , visual , audiovisual , computer -based technology and so on . The use of simulators of computer interfaces is one example of utilizing the computer as a learning process in controlling the input or output . These lessons provide information visually or through hardware in the form of input and output so that someone can interact directly with the simulator . With the process of the delivery of highly effective learning message that someone is considering ( understand ) , if learning is not only a theory but also praktiknya.Mata Interfacial Engineering weighs 3 college credits , consisting of theory and practice . General instructional objectives of the course Interfacial Engineering ie After attending this course, students can understand and peripherals perangka tantar face well and be able to design a tool using various types of interfaces and that peripherals .Simulator is a tool to do the simulation , simulation game due props for .
Simulation is a method of training in the form of a mock demonstrate something similar to the actual situation . Simulator computer interface in this study is as a learning medium containing 5 subject Teknik interface electronics device testers . Utilization PPI8255 and VisualBasic 6.0 programming language as a medium of learning in engineering courses interface , intended to provide convenience to the student when the course practicum Interface Engineering . In order for a computer to communicate with external devices ( peripherals ) will require an intermediary ( interface ) I / O as a liaison . Through the intermediary of I / O 's computer can communicate ( process / exchange data ) with electronic devices that are used as intermediaries peripheral.Untuk make a series of I / O parallel ICbertipe needed a PIO ( Programmable Input Output ) . PIO is a term used for several IC intermediaries I / O parallel to diprogram.IC PPI consists of 3 buahport 8255 , the port A , port B and port enable IC PPI 8255 C. for done through pin ( CS ) selectnya.Teknik chip requires programming language interface so that external devices can be controlled , one of them using Visual Basic 6.0 . Language Programming Visual Basic 6.0 is a software application to develop programs that work in Windows operating system environment . By using the Visual Basic programming language , and a computer connected to the IC PPI8255 using the DB25 cable intermediate circuit I / O parallel designed taking PPI IC 8255 can be created , connected and programmed via a computer . So that a computer can control some sort of electronic device testers , namely : LED , pushbutton , DC motors , stepper motors and seven segment .
CONCLUSION
8255 PPI IC can dikendalika noleh as a parallel port interface computer interface in designing a computer simulator as a learning medium Antarmuka.Menggunakan Engineering Course 8255 PPI can reproduce the I / O compared to just using the computer to control the portparalel so many programs . The programming language used is VisualBasic 6.0 which is in the Windows environment can be used as a computer programming language interface with an attractive design to control electronic devices . The results of this study are expected to be instructional media eye kuliahTeknik useful interface that is easier to implement student practicum courses Interfacial Engineering .
ADVICE
Should consider the use of EYD in writing this essay because many sentences are not effective and there are many errors baca.Agar marks zoom is not rigid , the programming language should be chosen that as attractive as possible for example labview . Explanation should be given a program created with Visual Basic 6.0 in order to be understood by the reader . The media used should wear a serial port so as to minimize the cost and number of wires . Simulator like this should be emulated as a medium for learning other subjects .
